📈  Qualification Eligibility (Read Official Advertisement carefully)

 * (A) Degree in Mechanical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent.NOTE:‘Or equivalent’ means a pass in section ‘A’ and Section ‘B’ of AMIE of the Institution of Engineers (India) in relevant branch of Engineering i.e., Mechanical Engineering. 

    (B) EXPERIENCE: Five years’ practical experience in handling various aspects of    industrial safety in a factory, dock, ship or a technical institution/organization or in            Government Department dealing with the administration of Factories Act, 1948 (63 of            1948) or Dock Workers (Safety, Health and Welfare) Act, 1986 (54 of 1986).  NOTE:              Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission             incase of candidates otherwise well qualified.

✅  Application Fee

*Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.

*Exemption: No fee for ST, SC, Physically Handicapped.

*Candidates shortlisted for interview on the basis of the information provided in the online        applications submitted by them will be required to send self attested copies of                        documents/relevant certificates in support of the claims made in the application as and          when demanded by the Commission.
