 After passing 10/12th, students can appear in this Indian Army Rally. Those students are completed there 10/12th and want to join in the defense sector they can apply for this post.

  *Soldier clerk/store keeper Technical.
  *Soldier Tradesman .

Qualification Eligibility

For this, there are some different qualification for a different post as shown below-

Soldier General Duty

Candidates must be complete there 10/12th with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. There is No any percentage is categorized for 12th, But a minimum 33% is required from a recognized Institute or University for Indian Army Rally Recruitment 2018.

Soldier Technical.

Candidates must be complete there 10/12th exam pass with science stream on Physics,Chemistry, Maths, and English with minimum 50% agregate and 40% marks in each subject from a recognized Institute or University.

 Soldier Technical(Adviation).

Candidates must be complete there 10/12th exam pass with science stream on Physics,Chemistry, Maths, and English with minimum 50% aggregate and 40% marks in each subject from a recognized Institute or University.


Soldier Nursing Assistant.

Candidates must be completed there 10/12th exam pass with Science on Physics,Chemistry,Biology and English with minimum 50% in aggregate and minimum 40% in each subject from a recognized Institute or University.


Soldier clerk/store keeper Technical.

Candidates must be complete there 10/12th exam pass with any stream (Science,Commerce,Arts) with minimum 60% aggregate and 50% marks in each subject. And studied and pass English, Maths/Accounts/Bookkeeping in class 10th or 12th with 50% marks in each subject from a recognized Institute or University.


Soldier Tradesman

Candidates must be complete there 10th exam (Except syce, Mess keeper, and housekeeper who may be 8th pass) from a recognized Institute or University.

Age limit

* Minimum age - 17and 1/2 yr.
* Maximum age -  23 yr.

Selection Process

* First Physical Fitness Test.
* Physical Measurement Test.
* Medical Examination.
* Interview.
